I used a another inspector for a prior inspection. There is no comparison. Donald gave us a professional and total picture of what needed to be repaired or replaced to make the home safe and livable. We can now make a educated decision on purchasing this home. His report was not only complete but very readable, the pictures also helped a lot.

This is the second home inspection Don did for us. Even though his schedule was full, he added us on for a time that worked well for us. He is incredibly patient and professional, answers every single question (even stupid ones) very kindly, never seems rushed, and is an extremely thorough home inspector. You really feel like he's working for you, the buyer. In our experience, too many home inspectors seem like they're working for the seller or the real estate agents, but not Don.
His reports are top notch, concise, easy to understand. Very helpful technology in creating a list of repair requests to the buyer! If you need a home inspection, hire Don. You won't be disappointed.

Don did an outstanding job. He was very thorough and very patient as we asked him many, many questions, and never made us feel rushed. He knew a lot about older homes and approximate costs to fix thing, which was a huge help for us. We've used other home inspectors in the past and never been so pleased. The report he gave us was extremely detailed with pages and pages of photos of everything that he mentioned needing fixing, plus often would have diagrams of the way things are "supposed" to look, to explain in detail what was wrong and how to fix it. Really great inspector, highly recommend!
