Mr. McCormick was prompt in responding to my initial email and reponded when he promised. On the day of inspection he and his associate showed up on time and did a thorough job of inspecting. They were both professional and friendly at the same time. He was very courteous in answering questions and providing explanations during the inspection process. At the end of our inspection when we shook hands, he told me he would email the full report to me the same evening and he again delivered as promised. I highly recommend Mr. McCormick for conducting home inspections.
