We originally used to Todd to do a pre-inspection prior to putting our house on the market. I highly recommend this as it helped to prepare us for what might come up on an inspection and also gave us the opportunity to repair anything before selling. We accepted an offer 3 days later! Todd did a great job at the house we wanted to have an inspection on. He showed up on time ready to go to work. Todd gave us detailed rundown on all issues as he went through the house. This was helpful because he was able to talk us through some of the items that came up that we didn't fully understand.
