I will spend the time needed to collect the information that the home has to offer, then deliver a prioritized performance report to you, in a format that is easy to read and understand. I like to spend time with my clients at the end of the inspection, to perform a walk through of the home, discussing any findings and points of interest.
For a detached home up to 2500 square feet, my inspection fees begin at $495.00 plus GST.
I also offer Indoor Air Quality Testing. Call me for a quote.
