Richard and Candace are very thorough when it comes to the inspection. They take their time and what is best, they are very patient with the home buyer that might nervously prance around them and is asking lots of questions.
I am very happy that they do not sugar cote anything and tell you the facts about the property. If it is bad, then at least the buyer knows and can make an educated decsision about the home purchase. It helped getting the seller to agree to split the cost for repairs. Basically, lowering the price by $5,000.
