As a homeowner in DC himself, Scott understands how many of the older homes in DC neighborhoods were built and knows what to look for when conducting the inspection. I felt extremely confident that he was providing a thorough and unbiased report. In one instance, he found that my dishwasher was malfunctioning at the end of an inspection, and I was able to convince my seller to replace with with a much nicer version.
