[Framing, Pre-drywall, Insulation for 3145 sq.ft., 2 story, w/ unfinished full basement/9' deep pour.] He arrives early, takes his time and covers every square foot, taking notes with photos and audio. In addition to his own inspection items, he was able to confirm/report any concerns we had raised ourselves. Our biggest concerns were about evaluating structure & system's quality & durability. He is patient, has a great manner and is a good teacher with clients who ask in-depth questions about the construction/inspection process. Because we don't build or interact with home construction every day, Walter's independent inspection insight, explanations and recommendations about our build were very helpful to us and our evaluation of the whole project.
