Tom did an excellent job inspecting my home. As a first time home buyer, Tom took his time to explain to me anything that I had questions about. He also did a great job pointing things out to me during the inspection. Further, Tom always communicates back promptly, whether you email, call, or text him, about anything related to the inspection and issues that he has in the report. At the first home Tom inspected for me, there was some significant foundational issues. This prompted me to not go forward with the purchase of that home. Tom also inspected the next house that I needed to get inspected. Tom's inspection report is thorough, well-organized, detailed and has pictures. He explains everything in the report which makes it very easy to understand. Tom is an exemplary home inspector with a vast knowledge of the homes he is inspecting. He is professional, courteous and always on time. I would use Tom again (as I already have) and recommend him to anyone who needs a home inspection completed.
