HouseMaster Calgary has bee providing quality Guaranteed Home Inspections since 1994. 

Our Digital Reports are full narrative style with detailed descriptions and photos related to areas of concern. The report is complete on-site and will be given to our clients as a digital file at the end of the inspection - if you attend.  If you do not attend, you will receive an e-mail notification with a username and password so that you can then view the secure report at www.housemaster.com . After reading the report, please call our office if you'd like to speak with the Inspector to answer any questions you may have.

Our Inspectors are initially chosen for their construction background and knowledge.  They then go on to be trained, certified and anually recertified by the National Institute of Building Inspectors (NIBI). Our Inspectors are also Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (CAHPI) Certified RHIs (Registered Home Inspectors).  You will find more about these associations at www.nibi.com and www.cahpi.ca . Both Gary McDonald and Richard Golumbia achieved National Certification with CAHPI which comes with the designation of NCA.

Please call our office to book a Home Inspection for both buyers and sellers. We use the latest technology during our work such as Moisture Meters, Electrical Circuit Testers, and Infrared Cameras. Our Inspectors are also ESA Certified Mold Investigators and can perform Mold Air Sampling if needed. We can usually provide appointments within 3-5 business days with no waiting for the Report.
