Robert Sole is flat out the best home inspector we have ever used. He performed a very thorough and detailed inspection. Since we live out of state, he called us the same evening to let us know about the things requiring our attention. He also offered to speak with us further if we needed clarification of his report. The report, which was available on his website later that evening, was detailed, well-illustrated with close-up photos, and user-friendly It didn't require any further clarification.
