Can't say enough good things about Richard. He was extremely thorough and knowledgable. We bought an ~80 year old home in Brookside and he had extensive knowledge on how the homes in the area were built and maintained. He went out of his way to explain the inner workings of the home and make recommendations. Last but not least, he's very personable and a good man. Never thought I'd say I enjoyed getting the house inspected, but I did. Scale of 1-10, I give him an 11.
