The inspection by Jeff Perry was top of the line.
He started early, answered all my questions, inspected in great detail from chimney-top to crawl-space-ground-cover, HVAC to electric panel, every window, door, and electric circuit, appliances, walls, ceilings and floors.
It included a 90 day American Home Warranty and met all of the requirements I researched on the web.
Best of all is the same-day email Inspection Report which shows pictures of the problems the buyer and seller can refer to in resolving questions and illustrate his recommendations.
I?ll recommend Belmar Home Inspections to anyone who asks.
