I am very pleased with the thoroughness of your report. You are very knowledgeable of building design and looking for possible building flaws. Although the electrical was reviewed and noted, I was also expecting to see quantifiable data as to the condition of the wiring within the system by use of your "Ideal Sure Test Circuit Analyzer."
