Kelvin was reasonably priced, transparent about his pricing and available on short notice for a condo inspection. He took into consideration the elements we were concerned about and took additional care to look them over. He was also clear about what was and was not covered in the inspection. In conducting the inspection he took his time, took photos and pointed out items that we should be aware of. The entire interaction was very pleasant and his professionalism shone. Being able to pay with credit card and have the detailed report the same evening electronically are some of the modern and appreciated conviniences of working with Kelvin.
