Honestly, we were initially skeptical about having a thermal but since purchasing a home is a big investment we thought it wouldn't hurt. Turned out it was worth every penny, and probably would have paid more. Keven takes pride in his job and is incredibly thorough, detail-oriented, and has a critical eye; Obviously all things you desire in an inspector. This was our second inspection and it was supposed to be thermal-only, but Keven found several items that were of concern that our first inspector did not find such as a leak above our bathroom (something you would never find in a traditional inspection that didn't leave trace). The fact that he took the time to look around outside the thermal was impressive. The report we received was also incredibly impressive and concise with pictures to help the reader understand exactly the problem they're looking at even though they're not well-versed in the lingo. If we could do it again, we probably would have gone with Keven only.
