Christopher, introduced himslef as Chris. He was extremely courteous and patient from the start. We spent almost 20 minutes unable to open the door due technical issue with the keylock. It was a condo inspection, thus it was not as complex as one of a house. In any case, Chris explained what he was about to do, how long it would take approximately and as he was encountering issues he brought them up to me. He gave me plenty of homeowner tips. I chose to stay for the duration of the inspection, for the exact purpose that he was very knowledgeable and would explain in simple terms the hazards or risk that one thing or another could be.
I was amazingly surprised that there was no major risk or repairs required after the inspection. He went even on the balcony and tested it. Not an inch of this apartment was left aside. After Chris inspection, I can sleep on my two ears. I will definitely call Wall 2 Wall again for investment properties and recommend to friends and family.
