After reading Facebook group recommendations, we contacted Jeff on a Monday to schedule a home inspection and were surprised he had openings over the weekend. However, we deferred until Monday due to our schedule. Jeff arrived early and was very friendly. We walked around the property as we waited for the RE agent to arrive to open the house. Jeff explained items he had already observed as I asked questions about items that were my greatest concern. He was very thorough and answered all of my questions. The inspection report was available the next day. However, I did not understand the backflow preventer was not included as part of the inspection process, so my only suggestion would be to inform customers of that at the outset of the inspection or before. Despite this, still very satisfied with using Jeff.

Neither myself nor my agent were able to be present for the inspection, but I received the report immediately, and was highly impressed. This was my second time around buying a house and I was very impressed with Jeff's work compared to the first time. In particular, the photos provided in the report made it very easy to identify issues to the seller with no chance for miscommunication. He was also very persistent in gathering all the information he needed. For example, the water heater in the condo he inspected was in a difficult-to-reach location, but he still managed to get the manufacturer's information off the plate. Thanks, Jeff!
