Jeff was punctual to the house, professional, and helpful when we arrived to take a look. Despite his exhaustive checks, he also went through certain areas of the house (again) with us and allowed us to have all of our questions answered honestly (saying "I don't know" is OK!). He even updated certain notes/pictures as we went through the various sections with hyper-scrutiny. I would certainly recommend him.

Inspections are such an important part of home buying... Jeff made me feel at ease because let's face it this part is nerve racking. We had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday morning and the seller hadn't turned the gas on yet so Jeff nicely accommodated our needs and did the inspection first thing Wednesday instead.
