Very thorough with the walk around, pointing out very slight issues and the reasons why it could be an issue as a homeowner if it is not resolved. Also brings to light as a homeowner the important reasons why to inspect certain areas of the house month to month or year to year , whether it be in the crawlspace, servicing equipment etc....
