Jason performed the house inspection (on my first home) and his team was great from the very first interaction. They sent over all the information I would need right away and had a very fast turn around time for the reports. I met him at the house to learn more about the place. He made sure to explain the process, and what he would be looking at, all the way through to when I'd get the reports. He is really friendly and had a great rapport with the realtor, his co-worker, and the other inspectors that came to inspect the septic. He was thorough and made time to explain things and reassure me because he knew it can all sound overwhelming for a first time home buyer! By the end of the night, I had a detailed report with all of the photos and notes. We arrived at the home for our appointment and were very pleased to see that both Jason and Oliver were already there shoveling off the roof and had finished the inspection of it. They both were very friendly and approachable and we felt included in the inspection and were continuously updated with the good and the bad. This was nice because reading the report later- which was uploaded very fast and was easy to read- it wasn't as shocking to see some of the bad things. They were also very knowledgeable and shared some things they saw, that if not addressed could possibly lead to bigger problems over time and why. Overall they were both great to us and also treated our realtor and the seller respectfully and we feel we got an accurate and truthful inspection of our future new home.
