Mr Jim Curry was a pleasure to have provide inspection on our recently purchased home. He was responsive, informative, thorough and took the time to keep us informed during the inspection process. Jim was prompt and thorough. He asked that I not be there for the first hour of the 2 hour inspection, and although I understand that he wanted to work unhindered, he is also the only inspector I've ever had that requested that. Also, most other inspectors set up their laptop in the kitchen and sit down and write their reports for the last half hour of the inspection, and then email them to the client right away. Jim writes his reports later, which made me worry he might forget something. But Jim did a great job.
