Great Inspection done by a great inspector. Jeff was very thorough, and I loved his thermal camera for the heating, cooling, and moisture tests. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a quality inspection. In my work, I have many occasions to see Home Inspection reports and this report is laid out very nicely. It's very easy to understand what does or does not need to be repaired. In addition, the report will be very helpful in the future for general maintenance and upgrades to perform after closing.
