Jeff didn't just fly through the house in 30 mins. He was easily there for 2 hrs giving the house a thorough inspection. If I wanted to see a particular area, he allowed me to climb up the ladder and take a look for myself. We would recommend Jeff Binsbacher for a home inspection whether you are buying or selling.
