Original comment was before seeing the report. After seeing the report I noticed there was plenty more issues than was originally told or shown. I would suggest doing a more thorough explanation when going thru the home. I get that there was way too much clutter from the current residents so I am not holding it against the inspector. Would have also liked to know before hand that the A/C was not inspected and that there was damage to the fireplace. All in all inspector did a decent job of explaining what we could see.
