Shane Rittenhouse is the only person I would want to do a home inspection. He was thorough and professional, looking absolutely everywhere, noting and photographing any and every problem. He made sure not to track in any dirt, or damage any part of the house, inside and out, during his inspection.
Shane was also very kind and patient, which was much appreciated by this first time home buyer! He took away the tension from what was potentially a stressful situation, and made it both a pleasant and instructional experience.

Thank you so much for your willingness to perform a home inspection on my almost one-year-old home w/in 1 1/2 hrs after my initial call to you. You heard panic in my voice & you were genuinely concerned that I hadn't had any luck w/hiring a home inspector on such short notice & that my LAST walk-thru w/the builder's rep was just days away. You took time away from your family time (w/their ok) to spend almost 6 hours (until 8:00 p.m., I believe) going over my 3,000 sf home w/a fine tooth comb.
