Bob Miranda is the best. He has inspected two properties for me ? both times he arrived on time, did a thorough job, was efficient without being rushed, explained things as he went along, charged a reasonable rate, and his report ? replete with photos ? was emailed to me within an hour or so (both times). I can't imagine a kinder, more thorough inspector who genuinely cares about your future in whatever property he's inspecting.
