We loved Richard! He explained everything right from the start including what his job was , what he was going to do and how he was going to do it! He went over all his paperwork page by page so we knew exactly what we were signing. He was professional, courteous and efficient, just like a well oiled machine! haha Our finalized emailed report (which came exactly when he said it would) was fantastic with much detail and many clear pictures. I recently accompanied Richard Alton on a home inspection and was very impressed. To visually see trouble areas was nice, but to get such a detailed report was very helpful in our decision process.
