I would absolutely recommend Gerard to anyone who is looking to have a thorough home inspection. Gerard was very informative and explained the process very well. He was very helpful in pointing things out that were great and needed attention to. As this is my first home I am purchasing, there are many things I had questions about and he answered and explained everything. The process of a home inspection sounded overwhelming but I experienced opposite of that. I appreciate his knowledge and experience in putting together a report for the home I chose to raise my family in. Gerard Mccraw was extremely helpful, knowledgable and took his time to answer any and all questions we had for him. He took us all around the house and pointed out everything we needed to know about and all the concerns he felt was necessary. He went over the pictures he took and even showed where all the shut off valves were, throughout the whole house. He was nothing short of professional.
