The inspection Gerald did for our new home in Lethbridge was very thorough. Included in his report were suggestions on how to fix the issues, which ones needed immediate attention and pictures to back up his findings.
During our last walk through with the builder before we took possession of the house, he commented on how impressed he was with the inspection that Gerald had done. The inspection was done so well we had no problems with the builder and all issues in the inspection were discussed and fixed. I will use him again in the future if we ever buy another house.
