I've hoped for the opportunity to utilize Frank Rotte at Certified Inspection Services, and now I have! On time, professional, and approachable. His reports are user friendly, and definitive enough, leaving little to question. I like the panoramic views of the property, and views of the surrounding neighborhood. First time I'm aware of a home inspector conducting a permit search on behalf, in this case, of a buyer. The reports are comprehensive, but not filled with pointless information. The inclusion of photos, make it very easy to identify problems that exist. Frank took the time to answer all questions presented from the buyer, thus assuring a smooth transaction.
