Michael has done 2 home inspections for me. He is friendly, very knowledgeable, punctual, efficient, and goes that extra mile to help me understand what's going on during the inspection. When I don't understand something, he is very patient in explaining the issues. I found a couple issues with the report and Michael fixes it right away, like high lighting those lines in red. We got in touch with Michael from First Choice because we needed a basement/foundation inspection for a residential sale. He was very courteous, and flexible with scheduling. He arrived at the property right on time and did a thorough inspection, explaining things to us as he went. He was able to get the report to us the next morning.
Michael was also available after the work was done to answer questions from the realtor and bank, and went out of his way to give us our money?s worth. My wife and I are both very satisfied with Michael?s service and would recommend him to you without hesitation.
