He was very professional and thorough. He took his time going through every room carefully and was so patient with me asking a million questions and following him through the house.
He took very clear pictures of everything he listed in the report and the report itself was clear, easy to read and easy to understand even for someone like me that has very little experience with these things, but at the same time my husband (who has an extensive construction background) was also very pleased with.
He took his time to really point out areas of concern and shared what the possible outcomes could be if we didnt address those issues in the house. He also followed up with us with a list of his most trusted professional connections in our area as were moving into our new home knowing we would need some additional services to help us get settled in.
I would gladly work with Troy again and would highly recommend him to anyone!
