As a State Certified General contractor for over 35 years my first impression was "Wow " this guy is good. I was selling my house. The Buyer had Hired Ken to do the inspection. When he arrived I asked the Buyer and Ken if I could tag along. Ken said that was the Buyers decision which the buyer agreed to. Fifteen minutes into the inspection I was so comfortable with Ken I
I just hung out to get an education. I also contacted him to do the inspection on the home I was purchasing. My suggestion to Ken simply keep doing what you do.
