He was simply amazing. Best money we could have spent! We would recommend him to anyone buying a house. He spend over 4 hours going over every inch of the house. He adjusted his schedule to accommodate our needs on very short notice. He was not the least bit phased by my following him about the house looking over his shoulder asking questions the entire time. He explained that each and every issue on his report with patience and consideration. Though we had a long list of issues we discussed with our home we felt much more confident after his thorough explanations and recommended actions.
