First off let me say that Chris made his schedule flexible enough to fit me inwithin a 2-day notice. I was at a crisis and I didn't want just anyone inspecting my house so I asked around and was referred to him. He was punctual, extremely professional, and a real whiz at analyzing homes from the inside out. His reports are extremely detailed and he uses drones to inspect the roof surface. 10 should be more like 20. Chris started out by asking me what I was concerned about the most and as we came to those areas he made sure I understood what I was looking at and offered great insight. being safety minded he encouraged me to stay with him most of the way and addressed every question I had. a big plus for me is that he did not rush thru any part of the inspection. The finished report was top notch! the photo's in the report were a nice touch.
