My husband and I were present when Max did the inspection. We followed him around and he even involved us in the inspection. Max claimed on his website that his inspection reports were not boiler plate. As a victim of boiler plate statements in inspection reports, it really mattered to be that I find someone that cared and took pride in his job. Max does. His report was comprehensive, complete and concentrated solely on the house I was buying. I know what the possible problems are and I know what is not a problem.
