Carl - I'm very unhappy with your inspection and the fact that you have never responded back to us. I have called and left several messages asking for a recheck of the home and the information on the water sample you took. You have never returned my calls or gotten us that information. In addition, in your inspection, you missed the fact that this house is a partial manufactured home. You have cost us the $417 appraisal fee that I would not have had done, as well as several weeks of assuming we were purchasing an acceptable home. Now we are left without a place to move into upon the sale of our house.
