Very detailed report and great follow through. I asked Jack a few months prior regarding my request and he followed up with me during that month. This particular inspection was for my rental property, but I would definitely use him if I were buying a property. Although it was a rental property, the items identified should help with maintaining the property in good order if I decide to move back into my home or prep for resale ahead of time if I decide to sell instead. Also, identifying and fixing the items while it is a rental property should qualify the expenses as a tax deduction.
