We purchased a home in another state, over 900 miles away, and bought it sight unseen, which is a scary circumstance. This is a very excellent report very detailed the only thing I wish would've gotten taken care of however was that you would've been able to test the air conditioning units And been able to visually inspect the septic tank.

I was very impressed with Bob, he answers his phone every time.
He was going on vacation in a few days, but made time to do the inspection the very next day.
He had the results out that night. If I called for a question, he answered immediately or within a few hours times.
We lived far away, but he had either pictures, or a video to go with his findings.

I find your inspections are thorough and give the Buyer a good idea of what they are purchasing. It is not an easy situation when there are issues but that can't be helped. It is important for a Buyer to know the condition of the home they are wanting to purchase. Some times it works out, other times not.
