David Cook was extremely professional and thorough in both home inspections we hired him to do. He saved us from making a $230,000 mistake on the first house. He not only gives you what the issues are with the property but also solutions to the problems. He not only inspects the property but explains how to maintain it for example, how to change the air filter on your heating system or how to sanitize your well. As mentioned above, he is extremely thorough if you are a buyer this is the guy you want on your side.
