My name is Adan Mendoza. I've spent 20+ years between the Morongo Basin and Coachella Valley areas. My experience in real-estate began as teenager, working with a property maintenance team that I would eventually own. In recent years, I've worked as a subcontractor to restore homes for local real-estate investors. 

I know the importance of finding any and all hidden dangers because frankly -- I've spent many years repairing them. I know how an overlooked issue can cost a property owner hundreds, if not thousands of dollars in repair. With my experience in maintenance and restoration, in addition to becoming an EPA 608 certified HVAC technician as well as attaining my certification for Quality Control under the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers -- achieving the title of an InterNACHI professional home inspector was a natural move in my career.
