I don't know what a 10/10 inspector would be like, but I thought Todd was absolutely brilliant, and THOROUGH. Also, very personable. Nothing escaped his eye... most importantly, he saved us from going through with a house that on the surface looked great, but in fact was greatly in need of repair. Thank you for an excellent job doing our condo inspection. This is the most detailed inspection I have seen, and the photos help pinpoint the tasks needed. You caught things I did not, and I have been around houses for a long time! We even forwarded the whole report to the seller so she could see exactly what needed repair. We may have you come out before closing and check that the work was done correctly.

Todd is very professional and provided an indepth inspection, I couldn't have asked for any better. 5 Star rating to say the least. On top of that, the report was very easy to read, understand and the numerous photos were a nice addition. I loved the fact that the software he uses was user friendly and it was a no brainer to create the check list of things you would like repaired...just a click of a button to add them to the cart and off to your realitor. If you are looking for for a house or comerical property inspection I would highly recommend his service. Best experience by far!!!!

Mr. Swezey did an excellent job on the home inspection I hired him for. I completely trusted in his judgment, and it helped me to make the decision on whether or not I was going to make this big purchase. He didn't seem to mind me following him around like a puppy asking him questions about what he was looking at and his suggestions on how to make things safer or in better working order. Fantastic service! I can honestly say it's the most detailed home inspection you can buy. It is a little daunting to see this large of a report, and everything that a home needs addressing is marked up almost OCD-level. But, if you buy the house inspected, it gives you a relative bible of what you can fix over time, and you can just go through checking things off. Would recommend Todd, for any inspections.
