Mary Anne Tononi certainly knows what she is doing when it comes to home inspections. A realtor friend recommended her because of how thorough she is with her work.
She has performed a half dozen inspections for my clients and they have always been pleased with her attention to details in the inspection reports. Her detail gives the new home owner a To Do list of the little things that they don't request the seller to fix. I have newer buyers who are checking off the smaller fixes one at a time to stay on top of home maintenance and to also be prepared when they decide to sell. Will definitely use Mary Anne Tonini again for home inspection. My clients rate her very high as well.
