Extremely thorough with the inspections, he didn't miss anything. It was clear, concise, and easy to read what the issues were. I do not know too much exactly about the inner workings of houses but I felt like I knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it with the recommendations for how to correct the deficiny given in his report. This is my first experience with the buying process, so I may not be aware of everything. I think Todd managed to make me aware of all the most important issues with the house. I'm grateful for his knowledge and candor and also his relaxed and friendly manner. I would have liked more information on how to deal with the issues of neighbors' fences and such, but that is not part of the property - only an issue the buyer will have to find a way to resolve.

A much more thorough and detailed report than we expected. Anything questionable had a picture and description of what the problem was and exactly where it was. Todds' description of minor problems and there was nothing in the 'Repair or Replace' that wasn't a definite concern. I would definitely recommend him, and if I move in the future, I would ask for him.
