Todd does more than just a bland inspection, he takes the time to explain everything to you and how it can affect you in daily life or if it could impact the buying/selling of your home. He also suggests how to fix each problem and doesn't just automatically tell you to get another contractor. And he was able to squeeze our appointment in with short notice, on the eve of a holiday weekend where other inspectors had already closed their books for vacation.
