Knowledgeable, friendly and patient with our questions does not quite cover it. Mr. Mendoza's approach is to provide a thorough assessment of the physical condition of the home. In the walkthrough and in the report, he pointed out things that need immediate attention or might need attention in the future as well as just pointing out details he thinks we should be aware based on age, manner of construction, etc. Finding items that the seller needs to remedy is incidental. For a small sum by comparison, the report essentially provides a maintenance guide for a huge investment we so far know little about. Thank you.
