Another great inspection, Kent.
It saved my buyers from a "can of worms."
They asked for the major problems with roof, electric, and plumbing to be corrected, but, the sellers said "NO!"
Therefore, escrow is canceled and I'm taking Ammon and Eryn out, again, Monday to view other properties. We are all grateful that you know your craft!
