It was just good fortune to come across Justin while researching inspectors for our new home. Things are moving fast with this market and Justin was able to get us on his calendar in just a few days. We took advantage of his free termite inspection with a radon test and with our radon levels over twice the acceptable limit we were thankful we did. His report covers every little detail so you have all the information available when you to decide with your agent what items need addressed during final negotiations. Our inspection went great. Justin was wonderful to deal with. He showed up early, was super friendly and really helped explain things while he was conducting the inspection. He checked everything in every room, answered our random questions along the way and overall just made us feel very comfortable about the whole process. We didn't have to worry about something getting covered up or pushed through just so we buy the home. He was just honest, personable and just gave it to us straight. My husband and I both have family in the electrical and home construction business and he is the real deal. He's knowledgeable and knows what he's looking at and recommends what needs to be looked at by specialists. We very much appreciated his help.
