Our son resides in Pendleton, Oregon and is purchasing his first home. Living on the east coast, my wife and I wanted to be sure our son had the home inspected prior to sealing the deal but not by just any inspector. We wanted only the best and, through our research, found that Ryan Sorensen has the expertise and background we were looking for in a home inspector. All the reviews by previous clients reassured us that Ryan was the go-to guy for home inspections in the Pendleton area. We reached out to Ryan and Rachel (she manages the office and business side) and they worked with our son to schedule his home inspection while we took care of the costs. Rachel made the process seamless for us; everything was made available to us online. Looking through the inspection report and getting feedback from our son, we know we made the right choice. Ryan was very thorough with his inspection of this 100+ year-old home. The inspection report is very detailed; yet clear enough for an average person to understand. There are photos of areas my son needs to keep in mind as he negotiates his purchase and for future maintenance of the home. We highly recommend Ryan Sorensen for your home inspection needs. Not do the Sorensen's ensure you have a thorough inspection, but they bundle it up in an inspection report that is very clear, organized and professional in appearance. Ryan was very thurough . He not only allowed me to follow him around but was more than willing to explain everything that he saw. Good or bad. I really liked it when he saw things that wouldn't effect the purchase of the home but he thought would be a good idea to change.
