My wife and I are in the final stages of having our home built. Most people think building a new home doesn't require an inspection but after multiple walk throughs of the home throughout varies building stages we decided an inspection would be a good idea. I searched the internet for a professional with good reviews and came across Andy. When I received the inspection report I was highly satisfied with how detailed the inspection report is. He took pictures of everything that needed repairs and or replacement. The report was about 40 pages long and we read every single page. He definitely found items my wife and I would have never thought to look for and these items could have cost us a lot of money if we had to foot the bill to fix them after closing.
